Setting up HSN & GST

Overview

In GST Pro, you can assign or update HSN codes and GST rates for both single products and entire product collections.
Keeping HSN and GST details accurate ensures correct tax calculation on invoices and compliance with GST filing.

Update a single product’s HSN

Open Products in GST Pro

Go to GST Pro → Products.

Edit the product

Select the product you want to update and click Edit Product.

Enter HSN and GST details

Add the HSN Code and GST Rate (%), then click Save.

The product’s HSN code and GST rate have been updated successfully.

Update HSN for a collection of products

Go to Products in GST Pro

Navigate to GST Pro → Products.

Filter by category

Click Search, then choose Filter and select a collection (for example, MEN).

Select and edit products

Select all products under that collection and click Edit.

Enter HSN and GST values

Enter the desired HSN Code and GST Rate, then click Save.

All products in the selected category will now have the same HSN code and GST rate.
